7:00 AM
The school opens. Breakfast will be served until 9:00am and Montessori materials will be set out for the children to use

9:00 AM
Teacher will put breakfast away and morning snack is offered

9-9:30 AM
Children may continue Montessori works, morning diaper changes are done, toilet-training children are assisted and children get ready to go outside. (A walk or time in the yard.)

10:30 AM
Children come in from outside. Children are assisted with diaper changes as well as using the toilet. Children then participate in “gathering” and begin to prepare for lunch.

11:00 AM
Children sit down for lunch.

12-2:30 PM
Children lay down for a nap.

2:30-3 PM
Children begin to wake up and are assisted in changing their diapers or using the toilet. (During summer sunscreen will also be applied at this time.) Snack is served and children prepare to go outside.

3-4 PM
First group of children heads outside while others finish up their snack. Once they are finished, the second group of children will go outside as well.

4-5 PM
Afternoon diaper changes/toileting are done and children begin coming in from outside. Wash hands and face. Some sort of late afternoon small snack may be offered at this time.

5:30 PM
Goodbyes are said and school closes.
